Mrs. Ojoge Bags Honourary Doctorate Degree From British American University

Multiple award winner and principal of Fiwasaye Girls Grammar School, Mrs. Omobolanle Ojoge has bagged a Honourary Doctorate Degree from British American University of Nigeria.

At the grand event held on Wednesday 14th February, 2024, the latest Doctorate Degree holder, Mrs. Ojoge thanked the management of the institution for deeming it fit to honour her with the title.

Mrs. Ojoge who said the award is a plus to her career and academic pursuit also appreciated both the management and students of Fiwasaye Girls Grammar School, Akure for their supports saying without their cooperation, it wouldn’t have been possible.

In her charge, she admonished the people to always put in their best in whatsoever endeavour they lay their hands on stressing that there is grace for excellence in every position.

Earlier in his remarks, Prof Joshua Oguntuase on behalf of the management of the institution said the awardees were being recognized for their distinguished performances in their fields.

Describing the institution as world class, Prof. Oguntuase said it offers opportunities for interested Nigerians to study and complete their training at its Florida campus in USA.

Some of the opportunities for students include work and study as well as scholarship opportunities.

Other awardees at the event include former First Female Head of Service, Ondo State, Chief Mrs. Stella Kosemani Kolawole who bagged a Doctor of Philosophy Award and versatile media guru, Mrs. Omosileola Serifat Adesoye-Ajayi who also bagged Honourary Bachelor of Science degree
