DS (Pastor) Sunday Adeosun Adebayo of Top Sunshine Global Concept, a Survey Technician based in Akure, Ondo State has commissioned a new office complex at Adeosun Adebayo Sunshine Avenue, Ilasun in Akure worth over N20 Million Naira.
Top Sunshine Global Concept under the leadership of Pastor Adeosun, deals in buying and selling of landed property, architectural design, building of houses, bridge construction and as a general contractor.
Building of modern office complex and bridge of over N20 Million in the community is a way of giving back to the society where he worked.
The commissioning of the multipurpose office complex on Friday 28th of October, 2022 commanded the attention of crème-de-la -crème in Ondo State and beyond like traditional ruler, chiefs and members of various professional bodies he belong to.
While speaking with the Democrat News Magazine shortly after the unveiling of the new office, the celebrant, Pastor Adeosun Adebayo returned all glory to God for the opportunity he found in life saying that his success story came after many hard times he went through.
According to him: “Many people thought I just arrived this position overnight; it is not so, I went through many challenges before I decided to learn Survey Technician at a critical stage of life.
He pointed out that he is making his personal contributions to the development of the community where he is living for the purpose of advancement and wellbeing of the members of the community.
In his words: “This is the community where I work and I have to do something that will be for the benefit of the people of the community. I constructed a bridge of about N20 Million Naira over Awo river.
“The bridge links communities: like Ipogun, Awule, FUTA, Ibule etc. I am doing all these to make my humble contributions towards the development of the community where I had opportunity to work.
“From house to my office is about is about 8 plot in distance and I want people to know my house, the reason is that I do my business with honesty and transparency. If you are honest you will not be fearful.
He therefore called on other Survey Technicians in the state to be honest and do every business with fear of God which he said is the secret of his success in life.
He also used the occasion to charge all the youths to emulate good qualities in the society for the purpose of great tomorrow.
Also speaking with journalist, the wife of the celebrant, Deaconess Comfort Adeosun who was described as an intelligent and prayerful woman pointed out that the community has prospect to become commercial centre of Akure in no distant time.
She has been passionate in giving support to her husband in his day to day adventure which culminated to unprecedented success recorded in the family.
In her words: “We are to give support to our husbands as women, because what we are doing today is a product of unity and support I gave to my husband.
“Let me use this medium to call on all women to make support their husbands in any meaningful business they engaged in for the purpose of rapid development of the entire family.
In the same way, Olu of Araromi –Aladodo, Olu Opeyemi Emmanuel commended the lofty contributions of Pastor Adeosun towards the development the vicinity saying that his contributions and active business life serve as inspirations to the younger generation.
He described Surv. Adeosun as a honest man who worked on their family layout with the highest level of integrity.
In his words: “I knew him since 2019 and I admired him since then, he is like a father to me, especially when I became the Olu of Araromi-Aladodo.
“At the time I started walking with him my life experienced and still experiencing development and progress in all ramifications to show that he is a man of good fortune.
“What he has done in this community is going to be of a maximum benefits to the youths, women and other categories of people in Akure.
“Let me use this opportunity to call on all his counterparts in the business to emulate his virtues of impeccable character which he exhibited within and outside the community.
