Disregard Petition Against Segun Ayerin and Femi Agagu, Luwoye Family Writes to Ayedatiwa

Disregard Petition Against Segun Ayerin and Femi Agagu, Luwoye Family Writes to Ayedatiwa

The attention of the Erekiti Luwoye community in Okitipupa Local Government has been drawn to a petition submitted to Ondo State Governor, His Excellency, Orimisan Ayedatiwa, by one Eborunkan Isaac. The petition, aimed at discrediting our esteemed political leaders, Hon. Segun Ayerin and Hon. Femi Agagu, appears to be a baseless attempt at cheap blackmail for personal and political gain.

This petition, which has been circulating in Nigerian dailies and on social media, seems to be written solely for the purpose of drawing political attention and potentially securing a political appointment.

We must ask, “Must Eborunkan destroy respected political leaders to gain recognition and position?” Furthermore, “Who are his political leaders in Osooro or Okitipupa Constituency 1 who would support his cause?”

While the Luwoye family acknowledges Eborunkan as a son of the land, we distance ourselves from his malicious, fabricated, and misleading accusations against Hon. Femi Agagu and Hon. Segun Ayerin, both of whom are highly regarded political leaders in our community.

The track record of Pastor Ayerin, who served as the local government chairman of Okitipupa for two terms, remains unmatched and is yet to be surpassed by any other chairman in the local government. His political journey has been exemplary, a model of leadership that is both admirable and worthy of emulation.

The people of Erekiti Luwoye hereby declare, unanimously and without ambiguity, that Eborunkan’s views are his alone and do not represent the opinions of our community.

In conclusion, we strongly recommend Pastor Ayerin and Pastor Femi Agagu for higher political appointments in the new cabinet of His Excellency, Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa. Both are political giants and charismatic leaders who deserve such recognition.
