My Vision and Mission for Oda Community When I Become Councilor of Ward 6 -Hon. Olatunde Ayodele

I am deeply inspired by the words of Abraham Lincoln, which says: “I will prepare myself, and when my opportunity comes, I will be ready,” my vision is to serve the people of Oda Community with dedication, integrity, and progressive leadership—values I have consistently prepared for over the years.

As a Councilor, my mission is to foster sustainable development, improve the welfare of our people, and ensure that Oda remains a model of progress and unity. I intend to achieve this by focusing on the following key areas:

1. Infrastructure Development

I will advocate for improved road networks within Oda and its neighbouring areas.

Facilitate the provision of functional streetlights to enhance safety and economic activities.

2. Education and Youth Empowerment

I shall partner with relevant stakeholders to equip schools with essential learning facilities and support skill acquisition Programmes aimed at empowering youth and reducing unemployment.

3. Healthcare Improvement

I, Hon. Oladele will work towards enhancing healthcare services within the community by facilitating regular health outreach programmes to support vulnerable groups in our community.

4. Community Development

I give my people quality representation by collaborating with state and federal representatives to initiate impactful projects and strengthen partnerships with leaders at all levels to attract sustainable development through giving of farm tools and agric loans to our farmers through Public Private Partnership.

5. Transparent and Inclusive Leadership

I will ensure the voices of Ward 6 are heard and represented at all levels and to promote accountability by regularly engaging with constituents on key decisions.

6. Collaboration for Progress

I am committed to working with our esteemed leaders, including:

Hon. Temitayo Oluwatuyi (TUKANA): Secretary to the State Government (SSG).

Senator Niyi Adegbonmire: Distinguished Senator representing Ondo Central.

Hon. Derin Adesida: Member, House of Representatives, representing Akure South/North at the Green Chamber.

The Local Government Chairman of Akure South and our LCDA Boss.

Together, we will deliver meaningful change and meet the needs of our community in alignment with the developmental agenda of our amiable Governor for the betterment of Ondo State.
