64th Independence Celebration: Oba Samuel Aliu Adegbehingbe of Imafon Sends Royal Message to Nigerians
His Royal Highness, Oba Samuel Aliu Adegbehingbe, the Olumafon of Imafon Kingdom, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Nigerians and the leadership of the country on the occasion of the 64th Independence Anniversary of Nigeria.
In a press statement made available to the media on the 1st of October, Oba Adegbehingbe, who was recently honoured as an Icon of Traditional Institutions in Nigeria for his exemplary leadership and commitment to the unprecedented development of his community, expressed deep gratitude to God for His infinite mercy over Nigeria as a nation.
He emphasized the importance of unity, which is rooted in the collective strength of each state, community, and individual family, forming the bedrock of the country.
Addressing the youth in his message of hope, the Olumafon underscored the necessity of embracing peace and tranquility, noting that these values are the hallmarks of sustainable development. He encouraged young Nigerians to be agents of positive change, contributing to the nation’s progress through peaceful and constructive means.
