Rejuvenation Of NOA: Federal Government Commended Over Appointment Of Mallam Issa-Onilu
The much anticipated transformation and rebirth of one of the Organs of the Federal government came into visibility last week with the Management of the National Orientation Agency headquarters under the leadership of Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu, the Director General of the Agency whom President Bola Tinubu appointed to rejuvenate the Agency, invited the directors of GL 16 and 17 to Abuja for a three-day Expanded Management Retreat for reassessment and rebirth of the Agency with a view of assurance of the Agency turn around.
The event appropriately involved planning the Director General’s intentions and commitment to reaching every Nigerian with the government’s programmes, policies, and activities.
The staff of the Agency were brimming with excitement at the innovative approach of the DG. They had high expectations that the restructuring and rebranding of the Agency’s operations to fulfil its mandate would be crucially considered and would significantly boost the effectiveness of NOA staff morale, inspiring them to new heights of commitment and dedication.
The staff’s perspective on their contributions to the work schedule was further rejuvenated by the uncommon moves demonstrated by the DG during the 3-day expanded management retreat. This has not only rescued the seemingly dashed hope of the agency staff but also underscored their integral role in the Agency’s rejuvenation.
In this landmark achievement, the DG certainly will go a long way, registering his commitment in the heart of not only the Staff of the Agency but also the good people of the country who are persistently working towards making the Renewed Hope Agenda of Mr President a reality.
Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu, we thank you for your unwavering belief in the greatness and uniqueness of your Staff. Your reassurances to the Agency of your commitment to enlightening Nigerians on the Federal government’s programmes, policies, and activities are deeply appreciated.
