SOJ’s Death: Hon. Bosun Ogunleye Sends Condolences to Akure South Management

The Special Assistant to the Governor of Ondo State, Hon. Bosun Ogunleye, has expressed deep condolences to the family, friends, and management of Akure South Local Government Area following the sudden passing of Comrade Prince Oluwatuyi Olasoji, the Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Akure South Branch.

In a press statement made available to journalists on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, in Akure, Hon. Ogunleye described the news of Comrade Olasoji’s death as a shocking and heartbreaking loss.

He paid tribute to Comrade Olasoji, also known as SOJ, as a man of many talents, whose life was marked by his commitment to unity, love, and progress.

According to Ogunleye, SOJ was a pillar in his community and his contributions to Akure South and NULGE will be remembered for years to come.

“SOJ’s passing is a monumental loss, not just to his family, but to all who knew him and benefitted from his leadership and kindness,” Ogunleye remarked.

“He was a man who dedicated his life to the betterment of others, and his legacy of goodwill and unity will forever be cherished.”

Hon. Ogunleye prayed for the peaceful repose of the soul of the late Comrade Olasoji and asked God to give his family, friends, and associates the strength to bear this irreparable loss.

In his message, he urged everyone affected by his death to find solace in the enduring legacies SOJ left behind—his good works and his exemplary character—both of which are imperishable.

Ogunleye said: “Though he is no longer with us, the impact he made will continue to live on,”
