Celebrations As Alhaja Kadijat Aduramigba Returns From Mecca On Holy Pligrimage
It was a joyous occasion for the Aduramigba family as their matriarch, Alhaja Kadijat Ibidun Aduramigba, returned successfully from her pilgrimage to Mecca. The family celebrated the faithfulness of Almighty Allah at a grand reception held recently in Alade, Idanre, located in Idanre Local Government Area of Ondo State. Dignitaries from within and outside Ondo State were present to welcome her.
Several personalities, in a chat with *Democrat News Magazine*, described Alhaja Kadijat Aduramigba as an embodiment of humility and piety.
Alhaji Ahmed Tijani, an elder brother of Alhaji Isa Ewenla, who is well-known for his block industry and cattle business, emphasized the importance of Hajj in fulfilling the mandate of Allah in Islam. He stated, “Hajj is the last Pillar of Islam and it should be upheld with integrity. If it is not performed correctly, it cannot be repaired. Therefore, everyone who undertakes Hajj should strive to uphold the tenets of their faith.”
Tijani further remarked that anyone who has performed Hajj should live with the fear of Allah and strive to remain blameless.
Alfa Ismail Aduramigba also expressed gratitude, saying, “We thank Almighty Allah for the successful Hajj of our mother. This is a family that many wouldn’t believe could afford N500, yet they were able to travel to Mecca and Medina for the Holy Pilgrimage.”
He added, “If we were to speak endlessly about the goodness of Almighty Allah, we would never finish. We use this opportunity to pray that good things will never cease in our lives.”
Alfa Abdulganiyu Omolade urged young people who have performed Hajj to live in a manner that does not tarnish the pilgrimage with poor character.
The celebrant, Alhaja Kadijat Ibidun Aduramigba, was full of joy and appreciation to Almighty Allah for the success of her journey to the Holy Land. She shared that she received mercy both from men and from Allah while in the Holy Land. She also urged all Muslims to faithfully embrace doing good, which she said would always bring about the blessings of Allah.
In her words, “I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to my children for their support, particularly Ewenla. To all who came from various walks of life to celebrate with me on this occasion, I pray that Almighty Allah grants them journey mercies and blessings as they return home.”
