MRS. OMOLOJA DUPE AMINAT: A PROFILE IN BRIEF

Mrs. Omoloja Dupe Aminat was born in Zaria, Kaduna State, to the esteemed family of Mr. and Mrs. Sanni Garba of Ogbomoso, Oyo State. Her foundational years were marked by academic excellence at the Anglican Primary and Secondary Schools in Ogbomoso.

Fueled by a relentless quest for knowledge, Dupe advanced her education at Sokoto State Polytechnic, Birnin Kebbi, where she earned a National Certificate in Education (NCE) with a focus on Accounting in 1989. Her ambition led her to the prestigious University of Ado Ekiti (now Ekiti State University), where she achieved a BSc in Accounting in 2005. She further honed her expertise at the Nigerian College of Accountancy, Jos, becoming a Chartered Accountant in May 2005, and later, she attained her Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) in 2010. Her dedication to continuous professional growth is evident in her attendance at numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops both locally and internationally.

She currently serves as the Head of Local Government Administration in Akure South Local Government, Akure.

Mrs. Omoloja Dupe is married to Dr. Bade Omoloja, a retired Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health and former Commissioner for Lands, Housing, and Urban Development in Ondo State. Their marriage is blessed with disciplined and God-fearing children.
