Adeniyi Oluyide Awards Scholarships to Two Creative Students
The Principal of St. Michael Catholic High School, Akure, Ondo State, Mr. Adeniyi Oluyide, has awarded one-year scholarships to two JSS One students, Friday John and Friday Samson. These students were recognized for their architectural ingenuity in creating a prototype of a duplex complete with necessary accessories.
During the project presentation on Monday, July 15, 2024, Mr. Oluyide announced that he would cover the school fees for both boys and provide them with brand-new uniforms and cardigans. He commended their exceptional work, noting that their dexterity reflects the high quality of education provided at St. Michael Catholic High School under his leadership.
Mr. Oluyide took the opportunity to express his gratitude to the Ondo State Government, under the leadership of Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, for fostering an environment conducive to educational excellence. He highlighted that Ondo State is at the forefront of providing quality education in Nigeria.
He encouraged other students to emulate the creativity and dedication demonstrated by John and Samson. Mr. Oluyide emphasized the importance of recognizing and nurturing young talents within the school.
In response, the boys expressed their gratitude to Mr. Oluyide for his encouragement and support. They acknowledged that the school is home to many talented students who have the potential to achieve great things in the future.
