Why We Are Supporting Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, Odudu Ademola, Faleye Oluwadamilare- Aperi

The Chairman of National Union of Road Transport Workers NURTW, Comrade Odudu Ademola Emmanuel and Comrade Faleye Oluwadamilare popularly known as Ondo State Aperi have declared support for Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa to continue as Governor of Ondo State beyond 2024 because of his love and Demonstration of maturity since he came into saddle of leadership of the state.

They spoke with the Democrat News Magazine at different interviews during interactive session with Artisans groups on Tuesday April 2, 2024 at the International Culture and Event Centre (the Dome).

State Chairman of National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) Comrade Odudu Ademola Emmanuel said all the members of the Union under his leadership are ready to support Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa to continue as Governor of Ondo State beyond 2025.

Comrade Odudu said this at the official declaration of various groups for Governor Orimisan Aiyedatiwa whom he described as a man of Good Will and a leader with empathy saying that his activities within the short time he came into saddle of leadership has been very impressive.

“He is God fearing, listening leader and his leadership lifted the ban on NURTW and now we are enjoying the benefits of the union. Our national headquarters is aware of his good gestures and they are part of solidarity support for Aiyedatiwa.

“Coming April 20 we believe that Aiyedatiwa will pick up the tickets and will win general election, we are praying for him and we shall continue to support him until he reaches his goals.”

Also speaking with journalists at Dome during the declaration of support for Aiyedatiwa Comrade Faleye Oluwadamilare popularly known as Ondo State Aperi said he is mobilizing for Aiyedatiwa because he has been a humane leader with compassion for his people.

Aperi said: ” I only enjoyed government in the days of Adefarati. I am a good politican, during Agagu I suffered and in the time of Mimiko I was declared wanted and I came back to face another challenge with Akeredolu.

“I fought for Aiyedatiwa during his struggle and he gave me recognition. Today I am contesting for Chairman of ACOMMORAN because I want to inject new blood into the system.

” It is because of lack of Education that makes them to be beating people on the street with stick all these things will be pushed aside under my leadership and decency will return to the system.”
