Akure Branch Of Printers’ Association Elects New Leaders

 

Akure Branch of Printers’ Association has elected new set of leaders that will run the affairs of the association for the next four years.

The newly elected officers of the association are: Prince Samuel Adelayi -Chairman, Com Duduyemi Kehinde- Vice Chairman, Com Arowolo Amos -General Secretary, Pastor Sanmi Akanni-Treasure, Dolapo Emmanuel-Fin.Secrt and Olowoyo Ayodeni- PRO.

Speaking with the Democrat News Magazine and other newsmen at the Printers’ House along High School area in Akure, Ondo State Capital where the peaceful election was conducted, the newly elected Chairman, Comrade (Prince) Samuel Adelayi who was full of joy thanked God for the success his election.

While reeling out his plans for the association he said unity and welfare of members will be his priority stressing that he will put his wealth of experience to bear in galvanizing development of the association.

According to him: “Let me tell you I have been a committed member of this noble association for the past 40 years. All along I have been making my modest contributions in all places where I had served.

” My records of achievements are there for people to go and verify. I had to resign as Chairman of Imagun zone to contest for branch Chairman; I am assuring people that I am going to do well.

Also speaking with the Democrat News Magazine the newly elected General Secretary of the branch, Elder Comrade Arowolo Amos, who promised to work with all other Executives members to promote the association in Akure and beyond.

In his words: “I have served at various levels as Secretary, Vice Chairman and Chairman of Stadium zone of our noble association, our people were begging me to lead the for another fours just because of my noble contributions.

On his part, Comrade (Pst) Sanmi Akanni, the newly elected Treasurer of Akure Branch Association of Printers made known his intention to for alliance with other leaders to ensure accountability, transparency and prudent spend for the good of all their members in Akure.
