International Women’s Day: NOA Charges Ondo State Women On Value Addition
As International Women’s Day 2024 is being celebrated today globally with the theme ‘Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress’ ,
The State Director of National Orientation Agency (NOA) Ondo State, Mrs. Adelayo Adefolalu, has called on all Women and relevant stakeholders to invest more on women to enhance a healthy and Stable society.
This was contained in a Press Release made available to journalists by the Agency Media and Public Relation Officer, Ralph Oguntibeju on March 8th, 2024 in Akure the state capital. Adefolalu used the occasion to congratulate the entire women across the State on the commemoration of 2024 International Women’s Day.
She pointed out that to achieve gender equality and women well-being in all aspects of life, it is important to pay crucial attention to the development of women if we want to create prosperous economy and a healthy society .
She however, noted that all hands must be on deck to overcome deficit in gender-equality before it gets out hand ahead of 2030 United Nations prediction. The NOA boss used the medium to call on women to add more values on themselves to occupy their pride of place.
