Ogha The Great Oba Elekio Of Ekio l. and The National President ASEI Human Rights Of Nigeria has sent a heartfelt condolences to the family of late Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN CON over his sudden departure on 27th of December, 2023 following his prolonged ailment of Cancer of the Blood.
According to Apostle (Dr.) Oba Sir. Akingbade Tayelolu Lawrence Adewumi Babalola JP PHRN said: “It was with a deep sorrow and heavy heart that the news of death of our dear Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu came to us following a prolonged health challenge.
“The people of Ondo State are in sorrow over our great leader and friends of the masses who departed at a time we are not expecting Ondo State and Nigeria large will miss him.
in the same way, Oba Adeunmi Babalola said that there is no doubt that the impacts of Governor Akeredolu in legal and political arena will linger on forever.
“It’s beyond reproach that the untimely death of of Gov Akeredolu has left a huge vacuum in the annal of our dear Ondo state and the country (Nigeria) at large. His bravery, honesty and unassuming character will be eternally missed among Nigerian leaders.
Arakunrin Akeredolu has done his best and all the members his family, our new governor, Gov Lucky Aiyedatiwa, my fellow people and Government of Ondo state and the entire Nigerians that God will give us fortitude to bear the great loss.
In the same way he sent his best wishes to Governor Lucky Ayedatiwa, as he now takes over the reigns of power in Ondo State to promote peace and development. It is our prayer that God will give him wisdom, knowledge and understanding to achieve his developmental goals for the state.
