Encomiums As JohnVents Puts Smiles On Faces Workers In Ondo State

Workers of JohnVents Group of Companies and Cocoa processing Industry based in Akure, Ondo State Capital under the leadership of Mr. John Adedamola Alamu has put similes on the faces of its workers as a way to appreciate their efforts and contributions towards the advancement the companies throughout the year.
At the Christmas party organized by the management of JohnVents to reward the workers of the company on Wednesday 20th of December, 2023 at Basaru Event Centre, Ado/Owo Express Way, Akure, workers of JohnVents went home with degrees of awards and gifts.
Workers from Premium Cocoa Products, Ile-Oluji, JohnVents Foods, Idanre, JohnVents Farms limited, JohnVents Haullings and JohnVents Trade Limited among others were in attendance in their large numbers.
Also at the event, the General Manager Akure, Mrs. Caroline Omotosho, General Manager Ile-Oluji, Mr. Sunday Bankole, Head of Marketing, Idanre, Mr. Welighton Omoriege and a host of others
The representatives of UBA, Zenith, Jaiz banks and DPO of Okutaelerinla, Akure, Mrs. Ajoke Suleiman, were also present at the event.
A beautifully decorated Hall was electrified when Mr. John Adedamola Alamu came in into the venue.
While speaking at the red carpet, Alamu said that he will continue to make his workers happy through time to time reward and welfare package.
He charged them to continue to put in their best as he will not also relent in making life better for them.
Earlier, Dr. Yemisi Shittu, Group Director Operations in her welcome address she said: “It is good to have you here and your family members to celebrate Christmas in this special way.”
She added that it is true that the year has been accompanied many vicissitudes of life saying that it calls for celebration and to give thanks to God.
As part of the celebration was presentation of gifts to some deserving workers of the company as a way to spur them to do more in the years ahead.
Okolo Emmanuel from Kano bagged staff of the year, Adegbayi Suraju outstanding truck driver of the year, Sunday Bankole. In the junior Categories Agboola Oluwafunminiyi, won Outstanding Staff of the year and the senior staff of the year went to Awolu funmilayo and a host of others.
While having a chat with the reporter of Democrat News Magazine at the venue of the programme Mr. Shina Ogunwale of Filters unit, Department of Operations said Mr. Alamu is a godsent to Africa who through private initiative change narrative and has been providing succour to multitude of youths across the world.
Mr. Ogunwale said: “Our boss, Mr. Adedamola Alamu has been doing us proud in Africa, he has investment in different countries of Africa through which he positively engaged youths and he has been using his God given resources to transform humanity.
“He is a philantropist who will stop at nothing to see that life is better for all his workers and people around him, therefore pray that God will reward him.”
