The Principal of St. Michael’s Catholic High School, Akure, Mr.Adeniyi Oluyide has been honoured with award excellence for showing dexterity in welcoming the new pupils into JSS one.
St. Michael’s Catholic High School, Akure Ondo State at the walk in ceremony of the school on Thursday 28th, the Principal Mr. Adeniyi Oluyide showed high level of dexterity.
Adeniyi Oluyide who dressed like a student in the uniform of St. Michael’s Catholic School caught the attention of all and sundry with shout and uproar of appreciation for his good leadership at evident in the performances of all students of the school.
While speaking with journalists shortly after receiving a state government award, at International Culture and Event and Centre (DOME), the principal commended Ondo State government under Akeredolu for the recognition.
He therefore promised, not to relent in his efforts towards lifting education of the school and Ondo State at large.
In his words: “In our both internal and external exams our students have been doing well to the glory of God. In this just concluded SS 2 exam out of over 400 on two students were asked to repeat.
“I have also told the newly admitted students to be focused and develop their God given talents and by the special Grace of God they are going to excel.”
He dedicated the award to God, the teachers and the students of the school for playing their different roles effectively and well.
