The Bofoat Model Group of Schools, Ugbe Akoko in Akoko North East Local Government, area of Ondo State has emerged as the first runner up at the just concluded grand finale of the Roseline Etokwu Sigma Secondary Schools held at the University of lbadan.
The Schools which was known as centre of excellence in academic particpated at the grand finale of the third edition of the Roseline Etuokwu Sigma Secondary Schools Quiz Competition for the entire Schools in the South West of Nigeria, which took place recently at the Trenchard Hall of the University of Ibadan.
Speaking with the Focus Magazine, the Director of Studies, Motunrayo Babalola said, ” twelve Schools out of one thousand, three hundred(1300) Senior Secondary schools from one hundred and thirty seven (137) local government in the South West states made it to the finale of the competition.
Various questions which covered a wide range from all subjects were asked but Bofoat Model Group of Schools emerged as the first runner up”.
Babalola dedicated the success to almighty God who made it possible and thanks the Schools management for their support.
He said, ” I dedicated our success to almighty God who made it possible and I also thanked the schools management for their support.
“In our Schools, we develop and breed scholars with great versatility and intellect”.
