AGAIN, ENGR. OLAKUNLE ONAJIN EMBARKS ON SPECIAL PROJECT IN OBA-ILE

As part of his Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Engr. Olakunle Onajin has again identified another special project to be executed for the wellbeing of market women and the general populace of Oba-Ile community, in Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State.
Engr. Onajin was a former Chairman of Sunshine Estate, Oba-Ile who had developed unquenchable passion for community development and extension of hands of fellowship to the less privileged in the society.
Shortly after fulfilling his obligation to Motherless Home and some other relevant groups and individuals in the month of October 2022, he mobilized workers to clean up a refuse site located at the back of Mini-Market along second gate of Oba-Ile as a way to make the environment free from unwarranted outbreak of sicknesses/diseases.


While speaking with the Democrat News Magazine during the exercise, Engr. Onajin said he had intention to clean up the refuse site to prevent outbreak of diseases in the area as well as prevent indoctrinate parking of vehicles on the main road as to avert accident and loss of lives.
In his words: “What we have in mind is to clean up this refuse site and to make sure that the environment is free from outbreak of diseases. Not only that, we also have intention to do a culvert to enable vehicles to drive in and park properly to buy whatever they need after which they can go back to their vehicles.
“In doing this, the road will be free from any form of accident that could lead to termination of life prematurely. Even the school and those selling here will benefit from the idea I am bringing on board.
Some of the market women selling in the area appreciated his love and passion they described as uncommon and prayed for the special grace of God upon him as he is transforming lives of people and the community.
