CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR ELEVATION, OLOBA OODAYE.
The entire members of Skylight Club International, Oba-Ile, at home and in the diaspora wish to heartily rejoice with, and congratulate His Royal Highness, Oba Joseph Oluwadare Agunbiade, Otutubiosun lll, the Oloba Oodaye of Oba-Ile on the well deserved elevation to the position of FIRST CLASS OBA in Ondo State.
Kabiesi, though this elevation was long overdue considering Oba- ile as unarguably one of the oldest settlements in Yorubaland, nonetheless, we are eternally grateful to the Almighty God for using the present government in Ondo State to put Oba- Ile in its rightful position.
We therefore wish to use this medium to express our heartfelt appreciation to His Excellency, Arakunrin Odunayo Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN for taking the rare bold step to make this agelong expectation a reality.
It is our joy and hope that this elevation, no doubt, will put an end to the myriad of unwarranted and avoidable Chieftaincy crisis arising from territorial supremacy and expansionist tendencies. It will usher in peace, progress and cultural development of Oba- ile and our people.
