“The NGO was registered in February 2018 and we have been able to achieve till date: Supporting homely people in Minnesota, USA, Covid-19 medical supplies, donation of medical equipment and information support to Health Clinic in Ondo State and beyond and Generators to Clinics.
“The greatness of God has made this possible. Support from our patrons, patroness and well-meaning Nigerians believed and encouraged our course. God bless them. The support of my wife (Mrs. Amelia Omoranmilowo, Children, Caleb and Iyanuoluwa and other extended family who have come here today to support, we owe you our success and we know you all will be here always cheering us on to achieving more for betterment of our society and the world at large through the platform of Concerned Minds for Good Health Initiative.
“As a child of necessity yearning for life support, the Concerned Minds for Good Health Initiative is the brainchild of my adorable wife, Amelia, and my humble self, after our experiences outside the shores of our land and touring our local communities before the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic.
“It is worthy to note that this journey, which officially began three years ago, started as a volunteer force for other Non-Governmental Organizations in the United States. We devoted our weekends to helping people in need within our local countries.
“More so, after my years of ordeal health-wise, I was privileged to receive good medical treatment in the United State of America, unlike the deprivation I was used to, back home.
“Arising from the above, I took a vow with my lovely wife’s support that we would make sure that this suitable diagnosis and early treatment that save my life must be made available to my people back home, somehow!
“From idea conceptualization to project implementation, our vision and mission have been driven by our passion to educate our local communities about their health risks, promote wellness and healthy living, build partnerships that cut across different socioeconomic strata, and provide adequate health screening through established rural clinics.
“Of course, we couldn’t have achieved all we have been able to achieve without the help and support of other well-meaning friends, associates, organizations and agencies; whom we most respectfully refer to as our partners in progress.
“Our unreserved gratitude goes to: (American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, American Breast Cancer Foundation among other Associations.) We seize this opportunity to express our deepest appreciation for helping us to succeed.
“While we take pride in appreciating our partners in progress, we will also like to extend our hands of fellowship to most you here present who may desire to be part of our success story.
“Please take advantage of our various membership categories as stipulated in our event brochure in order to see in what measure your magnanimity would be of benefit to humanity.
“The story of our journey so far will not be complete if we fail to appreciate the unwavering support of our back-end crew, media partners, content creators, community liaison officers, and foot soldiers who have been there for us in all our community outreach programs. We are because you are.”
He therefore pledged his unreserved commitment to the course, and to give his all, in order to move the foundation from strength to strength.
