Glamour As Adedeji Famoroti Becomes Olu Of Emure-Oke

Emure-Oke Community along Abe-Cocoa in Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State was agog on Thursday, March 11, 2022 as, Adedeji Famoroti was decorated as the traditional leader of the community in the midst of encomiums.

Famoroti was described as an experienced man, that has been in the vanguard of community development for more than 15 years.

 

He was given the paraphernalia of office at the palace of Oloba of Oba-Ile, under the traditional leadership of Oba Joseph Agunbiade who is the prescribed authority over Emure-Oke

While speaking journalists in his palace the new Olu of Emure-Oke, Adedeji Famoroti thanked God for the success of his installation which he described as noble.

In the same way, Famoroti pointed out that he has prepared himself to transform the community in many areas saying that he has been doing it before he was installed as Olu of the community.

While reeling out his agenda for the community, he said: “I have intention to get neighbourhood market, good road network, youth development and other amenities for this community”.

He used the medium to charge the categories of people in the community to join hands with him to enable rapid development of the community.

In his words: “I will like to advise all members of this community and some of chiefs that will be installed in no distance time to embrace unity which is very pivotal to the development of any given community.

“We thank God and the governments of Ondo State and Akure North Local Council for their contributions to the community so far, we have primary school and electricity here, but we want more.

In his good will message, an executive member of Landlord Association of the Community, Mr. Alonge Taiwo congratulated Chief Adedeji Famoroti and prayed the cooperation of the community people as an instrument that will stir timely development.

His Olori Kehinde Famoroti, Olori Toyin and Oloris Modupeola, felicitated with him on the occasion of his installation and prayed for massive development of Emure-Oke community under his leadership.
