The Alaja of Okegbe, Ikare-Akoko High Chief Adebisi Abraham has congratulated the proprietor of DEJAVU Hotel and Suites, Mr. Tunji Jubril on the grand opening of the massive edifice.
Chief Abraham who spoke with the Democrat News Magazine and other journalists at the grand opening of the Hotel on Monday February 14, 2022 at Alagbaka, Akure send warm congratulations to Mr. Tunji Jubril for the outstanding success.
In his words: “There is no doubt this Hotel will facilitate economic development of Ondo State and beyond, because it is the biggest in Ondo State and arguably the biggest in South West.
“We really thank the Mr. Governor Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu for making the state save by providing courageous leadership in area of security. If Ondo State is not saved the man cannot come all the way from America to build such a massive project here in Ondo State.
“Ondo State is a tourism destination and having this type of Hotel is going to facilitate economic development. He has employed 144 workers has been paying them two months ago before the Hotel commences operation and he is ready to do more.
“This will boost the economy of the state and will help the government to mop-up unemployed in the state to a reasonable extent.
He said: “Let me use this opportunity to call on my brothers and sisters that are well to do in America and other countries of the world to come back home and invest. When I was a president of Africans in Central Australia, I used to preach to people that the moment they are 50 or 55 years old they should prepare to return home. I returned home and I am having fun, home is the best.”
High Chief Abraham described Nigeria weather condition as the best saying that there is need for all and sundry to come back home and join hands in building their father land.
