As the Focus Magazine is celebrating the 7th anniversary of The Focus Media Award, the paper will at the same time honour some personalities who has distinguished themselves in their various chosen career. In a press release to mark the anniversary, the publisher of The Focus Magazine, Ayodele Ologunola said those who are to be honoured followed due process and they are people who has made remarkable contributions to the development of their state and human beings. Those to be honoured at the Grand award slated for 10th December, 2021, include; Prophet John Afolabi Agbaje, of Warriors of Christ Renowned Evangelical Ministry Worldwide, Mrs. Dada Bosede Olufunmilayo, Mrs. Janet Adetimehin, Rev’d Canon Zaccheaus Oluwasina Ajayi, Mr. Seun Adetola, Alhaji Ahmed Awoniyi, Citizen Tosin Ajuwon, Barr. Segun Ogodo, Barr. Clement Olorunmeke, Pharm Dr Amos Ayegbusi, Mr. Tomogun Olubunmi, Csp Olowoyo, Barr. Kayode Sylvester Arowosola, Comrade Emmanuel Fakinlede,Hon. Rasheed Olalekan Elegbeleye,Dr. Theophilus Toyin Olobayo and Akinbode Peter. The highlight of the day is the launching of The Focus Magazine special edition and presentation of awards will take place at Comrade Amusa Bakare Event Centre, Opposite Ade-Tade Hospital, Ilesa Road, Akure, Ondo State by 2:00pm.
